Teaching Interests
I am interested in teaching courses on topics that fall under the broad umbrella of Organizational Behavior, including Organizational Behavior, Negotiations, Leadership, Teams, Managerial Decision Making, Diversity and Inclusion, Research Methods, and Human Resource Management. I am also interested in developing and teaching courses on business data analytics that can help students make data-driven business decisions: for instance, People Analytics, Web Analytics, and Data Visualization.
I received an Outstanding Teaching Award from Questrom for my Negotiations class (described below). Here are some of the written student comments about my teaching:
This MO448 is my favorite class at BU for these 3 years. I recommend this class to everyone who concentrates in MO and MK. Eileen always motivated me to participate in class and challenge myself. A perfect class and instructor!!
Professor Suh has one of the best interactive classes at BU. Loved this class so much, definitely one of the better ones I have taken in the past 4 years here.
I think that the course structure is very interactive and lets us get to practice the gained skills hands-on. The professor was great. She was very respectful all the time, came in with enthusiasm and made me want to come to class!
I loved the hands-on practice students get from every class. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the topic too
Great class, great professor, all around good time, no complaints whatsoever. Learned a lot.
This was a very fun course with a lot of educational value for a topic I feel is important to our lives. I would be interested in a higher level class in negotiations.

Course Description:
The purpose of this course is to explore ethical issues throughout the global economy in a pragmatic, responsible, and decisive manner. This course aims to bridge the gap between an individual’s personal moral values and the challenges presented by corporate activity in a marketplace – be it local or global. This course critically examines the ethical implications of business decisions and equip students with frameworks and strategies for managing their own and others’ behavior.
Course Description:
This course is designed to enhance students’ ability to lead people by leveraging insights from behavioral science and real world practice. This course challenges the notion that there is a “one-size-fits-all” prescription for optional leadership or a single “best” leadership style. This course takes the approach that effective leadership involves honing the skills of lucidly diagnosing challenges and discerning which organizational levers to press in order to overcome them.
